Each End-of-Life ceremony, funeral or memorial service can and should be as individual as the person who has died.
My goal is to help create, design and deliver a ceremony that is special in this way.

Aspects such as ceremony locations, traditional or natural burial sites, cremations, eco coffins or shrouds, music choices, rituals, eulogies etc are your choices to make.

Respecting and embracing all spiritual and cultural beliefs, support is available to you in planning and preparing a ceremony that feels authentic and meaningful.
This is a time to honour a life, express gratitude, and find connection with community; all of which play an important role in the grieving process.
Together we can create an authentic ceremony - something meaningful, memorable, engaging & healing.

As a celebrant….

I will guide you through the process of crafting your ceremony in a collaborative and inclusive way. It’s important to me that throughout the process you feel comfortable enough to engage in candid and open conversation, so that together we can create the most authentic ceremony possible.

I enjoy the ritualistic nature of ceremony and watching it unfold and transform into something meaningful, memorable, engaging & healing.

I understand that people come to funeral ceremonies with various emotional, physical, and cognitive abilities; and I strive to create end-of-life ceremonies and ritauls that are accessible and respectful to all, taking into account unique needs and preferences.
My history of work in early childhood education and disability support, & volunteer roles with Camp Quality, the MS Society & Griefline has informed my role as a funeral celebrant and has provided me with a set of skills, perspectives, and sensitivities that contribute to creating more meaningful and compassionate funeral ceremonies.
I work alongside many different funeral directors across South East Queensland and can also assist you in family led memorials and funerals.

Trained as an End-of-Life Doula and Planner, I am passionate about pre-planning for the end of our lives.
