"Dear Joanna, I want to say how grateful my family and I are for the beautiful funeral service you helped us develop and that you gracefully delivered for my Mother. Obviously you care deeply about the importance of helping people honour their loved ones so that at a time when we are understandably distracted, you guide gently towards making sure there are no regrets later about what we 'should/could' have done. As a family we were completely in agreement that we had honoured our loved one in a beautiful way that also helped us to express our tender feelings and gratitude for her life. Thank you for helping us truly celebrate a life well lived. Your compassion, confidence, and expertise and belief in the great value of honouring the important rituals in our lives, was what guided us so well in being able to honour our loved one so beautifully. As a result we will always remember that special occasion with great satisfaction and peace. Thank you."
