What if we have to reschedule our wedding?

So, at the time of writing this (August 2021) we’ve all been dealing with the fall out from the dreaded C-Bomb for 18 months now. It’s been a hard time to plan a wedding, and its been a hard time to run a wedding business. More tears, frustration, cancellations, re-bookings and un-surety than we all want to keep talking about. But, talk about it we must. In order for my business to continue to operate & in fairness to all the wonderful couples I work with, the following framework is in place.

Booking Fee: Your Booking Fee locks in your wedding date and gets me starting work on your ceremony. It is not refundable for any reason. The booking fee is due 1week after the invoice is issued to you.

Postponements & date changes: One date change is included in your booking. Further date changes will incur an additional booking fee & will also be subject to usual annual rate increases.
